same ips & location but diffrent ping

Try getting Leatrix Latency Fix. At least if you measured your ping in games that could definitely make a difference like that.

Also, wouldn't it be possible to "tracert" and see where it goes wrong?

my cousin lives next to our house and he uses the

same ips as me

thing is his ping to germany is 70 while i get at best

110

usa 210 to 140

he uses a Netgear router and i use tp-link btw how can i get a ping like his ?

Used lan and it's the same bad results

Do you have any other connections before your house?like fiber boxes,etc? Or maybe you have a bad Lan card?

well i tested both networks on my pc so im sure its not from my pc parts

If changing the router still doesn't help, it could be that there is added noise on your line, more so if its going over copper wiring.
