Need a good SIM adapter

So I'm getting a Galaxy Nexus soon, which I plan to use as a backup phone. The problem is that my HTC One M8 takes nano-SIMs and the Galaxy Nexus takes Mini-SIMs. I've heard that cheap SIM adapters can break the SIM tray, so what is a good nano-SIM to Mini-SIM adapter? Thanks.

Just use one that's not $0.50 Chinese trash off eBay. It's not easy to break the Galaxy Nexus SIM tray, as the tray has more room in it then many other phones that I've tried. Also, use a direct nano to mini adapter. Not a nano to micro to mini 3-in-1.
