When using dual Monitor, I get this and how do I make it stop?

Just saw the LTT FC4 Benchmark

 

When using dual monitor while gaming or watching netflix on the TV I get this too

This happens when using the Intel HD 4600 igpu or a GTX 770.

 

It is hard to see on camera

yea looks like tearing 

 

have you put v-sync on?

Thats tearing

It is a screenshot from the Linus Video. But it looks like what happens on my screen. 

 

ups. Dual Monitor Mode, not Split screen.

sometimes, but don't see a difference.

Make that monitor your primary monitor and see if that still happens. I used to watch movies on a tv as the second monitor and it was screen tear city until I made that monitor my primary monitor.

Didn't luke say that tabbing out and back in fixes that problem while playing that game?

unless its on your screen regardless then idk

it also happens when using netflix or Prime Video

Look at the right one. it is really hard to see on camera
