None, lol, just the shape (triangular?) resembles it. :P

Its actually just depth perception I think! The piece of fish was cut into a rectangle but the tail of the fish tapers off a bit giving a bit of a triangle look from that angle.

Hahaha, when will people learn there is no easy way out. Also those liquid diets are bad because I am assuming it's shakes, shakes and shakes of fruit.

Great. But your body wants protein as well and the liver will scream from all that glucose overload.

You are doing great because you are keeping at maintenance through exercise and a good diet, so you have no worries and your target weight/look!

Yup. Chocolate flavored shakes..

Oh i have plenty of worries. I bought a bag of chips and some garlic dip that will probably be gone by morning. Probably doing a decent run tomorrow to the store because of it..

Eh, 1 of 2 days of eating at a deficit, or a good 3 hour walk and it's off. I wonder what your TDEE is?

And i bought a knife sharpener that looks sort of like this

2016-02-02+16.27.06.jpg

So now every knife in my kitchen is shaving sharp.

This one will kill your blades by ripping off metal first in only small scale, but the longer in use your knifes will become hacksaws.

There are similar ones with conic rotating honing stones. Those are still not perfect but way better for the blades. let me get a picture =)

WP_20170905_00_08_06_Rich.thumb.jpg.1c52fd6f4379b548bdb59fd0210ed6b6.jpgWP_20170905_00_08_43_Rich.thumb.jpg.c30e1974849a408b048d57816e66da24.jpg

you can see, even with this one there is a lot of blade gone =) but it keeps the edge nice and smooth.

If this still isn't making the knife sharp enough, I use a normal sharpening iron.

The knives i use keep their edge for quite a while. So i should be fine until i can get some really nice knives.

Well i technically exercise 7 days a week. But its a full body workout with barely any cardio. (That's what the running and walks are for)

But there was nothing for amount of exercise or anything. Just "Do you exercise. How many days. Okay. Here is a random number"

True. Though all of those calcs are like that. Full body workouts do count as normal afaik, not different than cardio.

oh and some things food as well... all made by me =)

Frikadellen and Potatosalad with vinegar and broth

WP_20170603_14_34_46_Rich.thumb.jpg.cbedd89c333b7588c351cd72607ba567.jpg

Something called Schwalbennester here in germany, hard boiled eggs covered in spiced minced meat. To go with that some rice with carrots and peas and some creme sauce.

WP_20161111_08_15_51_Rich.thumb.jpg.ba855a9cbb8851abed44499a9dad301f.jpg

A new favorite, green beans, some minced meat, onions, garlic, some cream and some milk mixed together, and put on top of noodles or spaetzles...

WP_20160927_21_24_08_Rich.thumb.jpg.f8c1b65fb600e4dc814faff621760a39.jpg

Some more in the "asian" direction... chicken filet marinaded in some soy, honey, pepper, curry for around 2-3 hours, than fried hard in a pot with some peanut oil, then adding a carrot, soy bean sprouts, onion, ginger, garlic, leek, bellpepper and water... spicing to your liking...

WP_20160520_22_03_54_Rich.thumb.jpg.5395bf331810c439a3aa9ef54088d3ef.jpg

Some knoedel, red cale and "rinderbraten" with sauce... my first try... the meat got a little hm... lets say I need more practice =)

WP_20161226_17_03_40_Rich.thumb.jpg.739c8d5ac7ad663c16bcbd374dbd4b9a.jpg

For breakfast self baked bread... will hand out the recipe when asked =)

WP_20160428_18_27_18_Rich.thumb.jpg.35dc47109aa1d8e4cab08e3df98a12e3.jpg

Now for some desserts...

Cheese cake... an easy recipe... not much to say about...

WP_20170714_22_02_05_Rich.thumb.jpg.00911ed2e8e504e28c828bb0ddbdcc98.jpg

or Donauwellen, darkchoc and light cake with sour cherrys or "schattenmorellen", on top a vanilla butter creme, on top of that a dark chocolate cover... it is the birthday cake my wife made for me all that years... I'm happy that I can do it myself.

WP_20170714_20_56_36_Rich.thumb.jpg.d23b802cc6a3d6fb8ea683c20dd88af5.jpg

I hope some things are to your likings =) recipes are handed out if wanted =)

Bon Appetit!

I only know frikadellen... ok in size this I call meatballs :)

they are roughly 2-3 cm high... so not like burger pattys... I can get about 7-8 of them at once in the big 32 cm frying pan.

I usually use a kilogram of meat and make about 12-15 frikadellen... in that shape I can put them in the fridge more easily... and.. ehem... nom the one or other when I happen to come by the fridge by accident...
