Will someone please call it a Power Mac and not a Mac Pro? It was such a nice name and so sad they started calling it something else back in the day. Also, good job, LukaP. You managed to find the case I was trying to imitate with mine. (it looks nothing like it but hey, I tried.) I love the aesthetic of the Power Mac. Prettiest machine ever made.

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.

Well this one is fromthe PowerMac era, but they were only called powermac while they had PowerPC CPUs, and that is not the case for quite a while...

What size was the rear fans? they look like 92mm but I could be mistaken (Which I probably am)

rear fans are 92mm

 

the server grade 80mm delta fans inside the case are badass tho. they make everything else on the market look like a hand fan.

Pinout? really? It comes from the socket... just look in the cable connector (schuko to IEC 13), it'd be written some letters like "L,N and G"

Don't worry, I figured it later. I just needed to know which one was ground/earth. Its AC anyway, so the rest doesn't matter

Don't worry, I figured it later. I just needed to know which one was ground/earth. Its AC anyway, so the rest doesn't matter

 

L - is a phase aka power, usually black or gray wire

N - is neutral, should be blue wire

G - is ground, should be combination of green and yellow wire

 

It is the same in normal household wiring for lights, sockets etc.

 

Of course take this with a grain of salt since I am located in Europe and it can differ little bit country to country :)
