Waiting!

Lays

Considering this is off topic, I'll make an offtopic thread :D

When you guys/girls order new parts for your pc, how impatient/excited do you get? I usually get very impatient lol.

I once spent a stupid amount on 1 day shipping after I built my pc, to get my monitors here sooner so I could use it.

Share your stories here on what you do to kill the time/ how impatient you get!

I always get super impatient and am constantly checking my tracking info on my phone and computer at work.  I've paid a lot extra a couple times to get really important parts quicker.  It always seems like I end up ordering at the end of the week so I have to wait over a weekend to get my stuff.  One time I was waiting for stuff to get delivered and I saw my screen door open up through the window.  I jumped up and ran to the door and flung it open expecting to see the UPS driver there with my packages......it was a Jehovah's witness.....I don't know if I had ever been so disappointed in my entire life before that haha.

I always have way too much to do to become impatient about anything. I am of course excited about getting new hardware, but I just can't spend days thinking about it.

LOL the same thing happened to me when I ordered my mic+headphones+ sound card, the door rang and I ran across the house, and it was some random guy trying to sell us stuff, but then 5 mins later ups showed up XD

edit: And yeah, I usually don't have money until thursday-ish, so I have to wait 5 days+ for 3 day shipping :/

When I bought my titan, I paid for 1 day shipping on thursday, and NCIX didn't process + ship it until friday, so I didn't get it until monday, I was so mad lol.
