I do. Had to buy a new mouse yesterday because my middle mouse button was double clicking. :( (Not really, I love my new mouse way more! :))

I used to all the time, until I realized I could use Razer Synapse to make my thumb button act as middle mouse. Now I use that all the time.

I keep my middle finger on the middle mouse button at all times. So it would make sense for me to use it^^

All of the time for the last couple of years now. It actually helps save time in the long run, and can save you when you accidentally open something by misclick.

I like it so much, that it even spurred some more habits... When I got an Alienware TactX mouse with my laptop (don't judge me :D it was an M11x), its middle button is way too hard. So I had to rebind one of the thumb buttons to middle button, and now it takes some time to readjust whenever I use any normal mouse. On the bright side, it's actually more convenient to use thumb for MMB.

Middle click? I use it all the time.
Be it to open links in a new background tab or to scroll up/down quickly, very useful.
Couple that with mouse gestures and it's great.

I use middle-click religiously. Middle-clicking to scroll and to automatically open a link in a new tab are both fantastic. Why on earth wouldn't you use it?
