Just all the mods that are under recommended mods here and the enb itself. I do have some problems though; I only see purple flowers everywhere, I think that's not supposed to be, fields are filled with it and I also installed the 'dat grass' mod but it doesn't seem to work.

Just a core i3-2120 8GB RAM (first time 4GB was not enough for a game) w/HD 6870, nothing special really. I get over 45 FPS almost all the time (Pure ENB is one of the lightest ENBs).

could i get over 100+ fps in skyrim maxed out @ 1080p 4xaa with a r9 280x 3gb windforce, amd fx 8350, 8gb ram?

Specs of my PC:

CPU: AMD FX 8350  Motherboard: Gigabyte 990XA UD3  GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 Windforce 2GB  HDD: WD Green 2TB SSD:  Corsair Force GT 120GB SSD RAM: Corsair 8GB(2X4) PSU: CoolerMaster G650M

Yes but if you use mods like enbs and lots of textures you might lose some frames

I can't really answer that, it really depends on what mods you use, you can have it run smoothly on something lower end than my 6870 and you can have it barely run at decent frames on a 780 Ti, I basically mod it till I can get >45 FPS almost everywhere as far as graphics are concerned no matter what graphics card I have and it already looks beautiful, more so than any other game I can think of. In you case your might be able to use 2K textures rather than 1K I use since you have 3GB of vRAM as well as more performance heavy ENBs.

This was one of my favourite moments in Mafia II, Vito got made and decided to treat himself to a white suit and a custom hotrod.

I have loads on the Steam cloud but for some reason this forum won't allow those links and I can't be bothered to re host them.

For all the bad I have heard about Damnation I have loved the game.  I just wish I was more skilled with the control scheme as the game would be even more fun then.
