Fun fact, thermal imaging doesn't work through glass.

I was just playing around with B-spec mode while I was fawning at the supersampling I managed to accomplish. I ran the game at an internal resolution of 3240x2160, 3:2 2160p. It looks fucking amazing in Progressive scan mode.

Huh. I couldn't manage to get it to actually run on mine. Surround sound worked though. :P

I mean, at least it scales properly? I can't say that for some other games *cough* anything before Left 4 Dead on the Source engine

I've been playing FEAR on 1080. I don't think the HUD would even be visible on 4k.

Team Fortress 2 at 5120x2880.

Some stuff scales decently; others scale like complete shit, namely the chat box and the voice chat indicators.

I think the highest res for FEAR initially was like 1024. So 1080 already makes everything small, and that's with the "large" HUD preset. I mean, it's visible mostly. Subtitles are basically useless. It has to be slightly modded on Steam I think, but I'm pretty sure the GOG version includes a "patch" that allows for 1080.

On a similar ish topic, I've been playing the Burnout Paradise Remaster on triple screen and the little ticker box thats supposed to be the description for the cars in the junkyard is instead in the middle of the screen which is cool. Nice to see a remaster that fixes... literally nothing about the original game.
