Been getting back into the Witcher 3 over the Christmas break.. forgot how amazing and beautiful this game is!

 

I just love the Witcher series :) I am a huge fan of the books and the games are amazing too

That was a really good part of the game, spooky, tense, and some intriguing gameplay.

The one you finish on the island and bring the guys gf's ashes back to him and then he does a magic spell and she kills him. Lol!!

^Must...not...play...Witcher 3...again.

 

Bored, have nothing to play, so I decided to replay Alien: Isolation. This time with a "mod" for graphics. I can still run it on ultra uber awesome settings at high fps. Though I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when HD4600 handled it on medium-high at @1080p at 40-50fps...

 

Just look at the reflections on the floor now! OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! :wub:

 

Why can't I find a site that uploads my images without quality loss? Is that too much to ask for? :(

A few test screenshots taken using Fraps (then converted from bmp to png using CloudConvert.) Now I can take screenshots in The Witcher 1 (afaik GOG doesn't have a screenshot feature. I tried Puush, but that didn't work. So Fraps it is!)

Why not use Msi afterburner? Can take screenshots in various formats and video capture. Also it's free and more useful than fraps imho.

I'll give it a try. I completely forgot Msi afterburner had a screenshot feature...

Looks good, I set up 3 hotkeys to turn the overlay on/off, take a screen shot and video.

Forgot how different Geralt looks in witcher 1 :P

This is the absolute playable limit for the GTX 580... here i add DOF and use 4xMSAA i hover between 26-33FPS it's butter smooth for that FPS though at 1920x1080.

I just cranked ETS 2 to the max (1440p with 400% scaling). Oh man, Batman.
