Gaming screenshots

007Mix

Going to post all 3 of my Steam screenshots that I have on disk lol

Terraria is fun. There was a LOT of stuff going on here so I took a screenshot

105600_20160909204347_1.png

Screenshot from a free game called Only If. I thought it was a pretty good trippy puzzle game and it's free with a small file size so no excuse to not try it298260_20160517012400_1.png

I put together a weapon that I find to be probably one of the best combinations of weapon and attachments in the game. Took a screenshot to record the weapon and each part used so I can purchase all the parts later when I have enough credits built up. The game is Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex First Assault. Great free shooter game. Extremely fast paced.

Decided to check out the skyrim special edition. And it runs really well on my computer. Compared to the original which crashed all the f'ing time.

Also looks a lot better. Which is a nice bonus.

This of course means that Indoril Nerevar has returned!

I joined in like a minute and a half before the round ended. I basically decimated the people at the point.

I got 15 points that round. I ended the second round with 52 points, and I ended with 91 points.

Check out my guide on how to scan cover art here!

The Witcher 2 3440x1440

Still amazing game 5 years later. Storyline, dialogues, soundtrack, graphics and character design, everything works and looks so good. Add to this satisfying difficulty level, crafting and alchemy and you get amazing game. TW2 is better all around than TW3 I think, is more consistent and has much less flaws and more attention to details, doesn't require so much tweaking, not at all actually, although the scale is much different, much smaller, so it is understandable.

For the lulz I did some more Crew at 1440p. Still one of the better looking games out there, that's for sure.

Internet was down the other day for me and I was sick, so I loaded up Witcher 3 (had finished fresh mod installs a few days prior) and took some pictures.

I swear they look better than the sites are making them appear. xD

What do you use for taking screenshots? Things like Fraps can slaughter the quality, change colors and etc, but if you use Afterburner with .png format then there is basically no quality loss, although it depends on game. Witcher 3 likes to take blurry screenshots for some reason.

Honestly just use FRAPS and set it to capture either in PNG or BMP formats. All of mine are captured in PNG and they look mint IRL.

I have to say Forza Horizon 3 at 4K Ultra 60 FPS with Nvidia's recommended optimizations can look super nice.  Almost makes you feel as if you compare this to past racing games you thought had "spectacular" graphics like the early on Burnout games, you realize "damn, we've come a long way"

I have tried FRAPS and the quality drop was bad. I'm using Afterburner now and it still doesn't look as good as it does in game. :( I'll try BMP formats next.

If the game is on Steam, enable "Save an uncompressed copy" under the In-Game tab in Steam settings, it'll save as PNG rather than JPEG. They look basically identical to in-game to me.

Man this game is like the new "The Crew" when it comes to eye-gasmic screenshots. But, Project Cars is on a whole new level of "woah man".

I haven't noticed anything with FRAPS capturing PNGs. Other than the fact that it becomes a bit of a space whore after a bit.

On that note though, here's another eyegasm from The Crew.
