How to find AMD A8-5500 temperatures.

Hey

I have recently built a NAS system, this included a AMD A8-5500 APU, so far I have tried "core temp" and "real temp" to try and get a reading on how hot my APU is running but core temp give me a reading of 0-7oc at idle which is clearly wrong and real temp won't even run, dose anyone know of a program which works with this APU?

I am running WHS 2011.
