PC won't start, CPU problem?

KSnOwnage

Wow, I did one last attempt when I got home from work before I started the RMA process and all systems seem good to go. It probably had to do with the safety features on some of the parts. Left it alone overnight and all seems good now.

Thanks to everyone who invested their time in this!

Well then.. i turned it off then tried again and now it won't post :( What it the world.

So.. i did the paper clip test on my power supply and it worked like a charm. Now I've turned my PC on and off about 5 times. I guess the instant cpu shutoff and some safety features with other parts made my psu go haywire? Paper clips are life savers.

Wait, are you saying your pc works fine if you just use the psu short out method to start it?
