Load-Line Calibration: why overclockers should care

This post is still excellent.  LLC is still a quantity that isn't really known other than "it keeps the voltage at what I asked it to be".

 

But the question is always "What is it really doing?", "What do the different levels do?", "How much extra heat/stress on my VRM is it creating?" and "How much is save/proper for my system?".

 

Solid post to this day.
