I didn't know there was more than one kansas city.

 

The city is big enough it is in two states: Kansas City, Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri.

I had a similar speed like you after some workers damaged the cable in the street. Browsing with ~90% packet loss is not funny... Tried it for 10 minutes and said: Fuck it I'm going to read a book.

I am form the Land down under, and down here that would be a good deal I have better internet then most and I only get 50gb a moth with 155 kb/s peak.
