Edit: also i would go with at least a 550 ish watt psu but you might be ok with what you have

Change the motherboard and the PSU and the case

 

Edit: If you can spend some more buck go for an SSD and an aftermarket CPU cooler

Yeah... Never get a biostar motherboard, they're bottom of the barrel.
