Both cards look great. I think the carbon fibre one looks a little better though :)

Oooo, I'd love me one of those. Would be a nice upgrade from the 7970 ref.

While the extreme is better looking than the omega, the omega still looks quite good. The omega really got my attention when Linus said that this was one of the quietest cards he ever got his hands on. The 900 series are incredible keeping the power consumption and high overclockability in mind. Also liking the dynamic superresolution

I really like the looks on those cards! I think the LED one fits with the black/yellow mobos really well! But the extreme version is just beastly looking!

First off it's the 980 so it is great, but it also looks cool and the overclocking software would be very useful.

If only they could have made a carbon fiber shroud for the Omega. But both are SUPER sweet  :D

Remember, should it be necessary to divide by zero, then it shall not exist, for his desserts cabinet contains 69 different types . . .  of cheesecakes and pies
Measure twice, CUT ONCE!  <_<

I like the looks of the Omega, and the advertized silence.

Huh, I should probably get a profile picture...

Either way, 980 & 970 are both cool as heck, wish AMD had done something to retort, maybe 300 series is close ?

I like the standard USB interface on the card to get information out of it.

At the very least, it's a use for one of those directly-on-the-motherboard USB2 connectors.

At best, you don't need to fiddle with dongles and get a decent interface to the card.
