Where to learn JQuery

I'm working on a website and know html, php, css, and some javascript. As of now I'm just using plug-ins for JQuery things like a carousel, but It's getting to the point were I need to know how to do it myself. I can't find any good places to learn and I'm looking for suggestions on where to look. Thank you.

Create an account and choose the free jQuery course. That's where I started to learn jQuery (and ofcourse http://api.jquery.com/)

@Z3R0 - Check out http://www.codecademy.com/ they have some pretty awesome modules.

Also the http://api.jquery.com/ docs are great and well written.

and use sandbox sites like jsfiddle.net

Here is a free site, no need for account or anything else, with try outs on the page http://www.w3schools.com/jquery/default.asp

Also the http://api.jquery.com/ is a pretty good scource with nice examples.
