It will perform just like a normal drive, except it's being backed up constantly.

Im going to be setting up a RAID 1 with 2 x 4 Gb WD drives, and wonder if i can install games on it and play from it.

im not a hardcore gamer, but will it be playable or not at all?

 

 

Anyone know?

it will be no different than having one drive with no raid

yea, sorry, TB 4 GB wouldnt be much to back up

You are going to get higher read speeds which is going to make your games load a bit faster :)
