Wow that score is very very low.

 

It's around the same level of people that have 7950/280/

You should of been pushing the card at its limits then. That card should do between 1400-1500Mhz on the memory average.

Like I said its to old and inconsistent and bugs very easily so it will not be added to the spreadsheet then.

GPU: HIS R9 290 flashed to 390X vBIOS and Catalyst 15.15 with Kraken G10 + H55

That and the 15.15 drivers as well as the kraken G10 + H55. Running it much cooler allowed for a bit higher OC. ;)

 

TIL you can flash the 390X bios to the 290.

 

There's a bit more to it than that, but yes. ;) I got lucky it happened to work with the HIS. I strongly suggest anyone thinking about trying it to do thorough research before making the attempt. The revised BIOS runs lower standard voltages but with higher clocks, so if your card can't handle that, it'll give an immediate black screen before you even get into windows. But as long as you have a dual BIOS card, it's nearly impossible to brick it. :D
