FX 8320 Overclock

I just overclocked my 8320 on a Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO to 4.2 Ghz and I'm getting 1.3 volts. Are these stats safe?

Note: It's fluctuating between .9 and 1.3 volts.

What are your temps at load?
