Update Z68X-UD3H-B3 Rev 1.3 to new UEFI BIOS

Im trying to update my Z68X-UD3H-B3 Rev. 1.3 motherboard to new UEFI BIOS........current Bios version is F12

im running windows 8 Pro 64 bit the program is not compatible with 64 bit so i installed windows 7 ultimate 32bit on a different hdd

when i run it it stops running...any help would be great

Have you tried using @Bios, that is compatible with Windows 8 64bit as i use it to update my bios on my Gigabyte motherboard?

@Bios is not compatible with the new UEFI BIOS the BIOS update comes with its own update program thats where im haveing trouble running it
