CPU Power Draw

Hi everyone, I am planning on upgradind my CPU (FX-4100) to an FX-8320, my question is, would my motherboard be able to power it even if I wnat to overclock it a bit?

I currently have my 4100 @ 4.5GHZ but I cant push it any further, but I dont know if it is because of the chip itself or the motherboard.

My motherboard: http://pt.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM3/M5A78LMUSB3/

Thanks in advance.

Yes, your MB supports up to 140W CPU, while the 8320 draws 125W at stock setting so you have some room for overclocking. You may have to flash the bios in order to get it to recognize the new CPU though.
