Watercooling an Xbox One/PS4

So the Xbox One uses an AMD APU and the heat sink is attached via an X formation. I wonder if its possible to mount a water cooler to it. That would be pretty cool.

Probably easier to just throw the XBone into the closes body of water, lake, river, stream, ocean, neighbors pool, whatever is handy.
