True, but considering it was a woman only contest, and entirely voluntary, it would get thrown out of court. Not to mention that it made requirement that you had to be naked, or otherwise scantily clad, to win.

I'm not arguing with you at all as I feel your 100% correct that it would be dismissed in a court of law. But sometimes the negative publicity is worse than the outcome of a trial/settlement.

My main comment was intended as a joke and not supposed to be taken seriously. But I do think some of their staff members need to brush up on their marketing and PR.
