Asus Sabertooth 990fx R2.0 Splash Screen

Hey everybody, I've had my Asus Sabertooth 990fx R2.0 for a while now and ever since I installed it every time I boot the splash screen pops up 3 times before windows starts to load. I have a boot SSD, so it takes longer for this to happen than it does for windows to start up which is very annoying. Does anybody know how to fix this?

If you have an SSD and your computer doesn't get unplugged a lot, you may as well just sleep your computer; you will see a couple of seconds shaved off the boot time and also keeps programs just as you left them before you put it to sleep.

I do put it to sleep, but I also restart a lot. I still want a splash screen, just not 3 times.
