IMO browns (if you want tactile feedback, with o rings its not THAT loud)

blacks and reds are also good as they are linear and do not click

Seems like you need Browns.

Quiet keys, but they have a tactile bump so you can feel the clicky clicks. G710+ and Corsair K70 are great boards with these keyswitches.

clicky clicks

Blues are clickier but very loud

Reds aren't clicky. They're the bastard keys.

Git Gud.

Browns or you can do modded whites. I have whites with blue springs and an o ring mod on my DAS. It is one of my work boards and is nearly as quiet as membrane.

Ironically I also have a extremely loud ALPS board at my work to. Ergo Clears are also good. (Clear with red spring).
