Dbrand Phone Skins- BEWARE

Whenever you buy something, at the checkout, there's a box that says "special requests". In it, you can type whatever request you may have and DBrand will try to fulfill it. I always ask them something like "Would you please draw me a dinosaur?" and they do it; they send the drawing to me alongside the skin.

 

Oh. People always remember the little things huh

I would love to read through all the "special requests" they get though lol

Aw, I'm sorry to hear this is happening to you.

 

I've bought several skins from them, and they always get delivered fairly fast. They also amuse me whenever I ask them to draw something for me and they deliver it to me with the product.

now you are tempting me to order something and have some fun with the special requests box . xD

USPS Suck.

If you ever ship with them be like:

Well to tell you guys my order no.429255 still hasn't arrived and its going to be a month now, plus after sending them 5 emails & messages through their website plus 2 FB posts on their page they haven't bothered to respond till now!! 

 

62USD might sound small to some but when you convert it into my country currency which is INR it makes a considerable amount.

 

I cant believe they are doing this, since I ordered skins for S6 Edge before, their customer service was quite responsive at that time plus I received my package as well.... BUT THIS TIME I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON!!

 

Maybe someone who is in Canada can get their number and call them to check if they are still in business or they have closed down and just taking money off from their website which they need to also bring down if they are out of business

Nope, they're still in service I recently ordered from them and have received my product, I really hope your order comes through.

Even if it does get delivered, good luck applying it. I mean seriously... da fuq? I made one tiny mistake and the skin was completely ruined. I just don't have the steady hands to apply such a thing. And in all honesty, even the front vinyl, which I had managed to apply perfectly, really did just look like a big sticker on my phone :( 

I don't doubt that they can look awesome, but you certainly need quite a few attempts to get it right and even the two skins that D-Brand supplied just wasn't enough for me.

Great company though and shipping to the UK was surprisingly speedy!!

Everyone is saying its 3m vinyl which if it curls up and such from when i applied it to my car you can take it off apply a hair dryer and or maybe a heat gun and it straightens right out but not sure if the phone skin is too small for this either but worth trying if you ever try to apply one again, I got really good at applying screen protectors dead on no bubbles years ago that everyone i knew had me do there phones that i usually don't have much trouble with stuff like this though mistakes with this stuff is very easy to make

I here all this shit with USPS, but im not that far from you (10025) but there amazing here. 

Fedex Ground must be on Horse back, It took 7 days to go 200 miles

USPS has been very unreliable for me lately. Shipments coming in 3-4 days after they are supposed to arrive. Also tracking not being updated (ive literally recieved packages from them 2 days before tracking was updated to "delivered")

It may very well be a USPS issue. It has just been very frustrating and the back of my phone is getting scratched up in the meantime. I purposely didn't crush their company in my wrap-up/overall. Im sure it's not entirely their fault, but this is my experience and I cannot recommend them to my friends. I feel they should have at least got the address correct ( if that is the issue).

I live in Canada so no going through USPS and had no problems with shipping on all three orders. I had a max of two days of shipping and the envelopes were fully intact. 

A pattern seems to be appearing with USPS issues in the comments apparently.

They usually use USPS because the government gives them money to use them so they don't become obsolete. Which honestly they are

The first time I ordered was in November 2016. I thought the skins they're selling online were great so I gave it a try. I was just surprised that they wouldn't provide any tracking number. According to them, it's the best shipping process. More than a month passed but I didn't receive my order. Their excuse was the address and contact details I provided was incomplete whereas I filled out the online form completely. Even after giving them my complete information, my order was not reshipped because the claim they were waiting for my response whether I wanted it reshipped or a refund. DUH!!! Why would I provide them more detailed address and contact number if I wanted a refund? LOGIC!!! By then, 2 months already passed so I was obliged to make a refund. 

Maybe my case was just one in a million so I thought I should give it another try. Again, I purchased several skins on February 17. I provided complete address and mobile number - even details that were not asked during checkout such as PO box and contact numbers. I got a confirmation on February 22 that my order had been shipped. Until now, no skin has arrived. They gave me the exact same excuse as the first time their shipment failed: incomplete details, i.e. my order was really shipped. 

This is NOT my fault so, to make up for the incovenience they caused, they should resend my order via expedited shipping free of charge.

I ordered twice from this company. Both undelivered. The 2nd time, they automatically cancelled my order after more than a month of waiting for the items I purchased. They cancelled my order because they really never shipped it in the first place. They have no proof that it actually left their Toronto facility.

DBrand are the scum of the internet. I bought a skin, never arrived and they Categorically REFUSED to give me my money back and accused me of trying to steal from them.

 

Never buy from a company who is email only. You realise how SH1T a company is when it all goes wrong.
