Normally Scan, Ebuyer, Aria and Amazon. Although I am buying more stuff off ebay these days, Scan has an ebay shop which sells a lot of their items they do on their own website, yet the delivery is next day for free, unlike their site where its normally at least £4.99, doesn't make much sense, but I am not complaining!

So far, online from NCIX. Most times just drive to local Memory Express and price match to other Canadian retailers Including NCIX.

Amazon.  Newegg as a backup.

I would shop at Micro Center or Fry's as they're relatively close...but sales tax...

Newegg and Amazon. I would shop at NCIX, but I find it really hard or unappealing to navigate the website.

For my last build I bought from NCIXUS, Amazon, and Newegg.

I'm planning watercooling so I'll probably buy whatever I can't get at those places from Performance-PCs. :)

Memory Express where I pretty much abuse their price match policy.
Next graphics card though, I'm probably going to order from NCIX since Memory Express keeps on claiming that they ran out of Never Settle Codes.

caseking.de - most of the stuff, they are the only ones that I'm aware of who ship to eastern euroland. Their watercooling selection is meh.

amazon.co.uk, ebay.co.uk - used weird stuff like ibm 1015 and so on.

frozencpu.com, sidewindercomputers.com, frozencpu.com - for the stuff that I can't find anywhere else.
