In Holland we have Tweakers.net (and hardware.info) which basically is a price comparison website (but also news, forum etc.) for computer parts (and other electronics), so I'll just take a look around there to see which respectable stores are the cheapest :)

As i'm a regular poster on their forums i usually make enough posts a month to qualify me for free shipping which is nice. Also although i've had items arrive DOA the returns process was great so confident of shopping there often.

Amazon (Cheaper. Overnight shipping for 3.99. Easy returns)

NCIX from time to time (Website layout and shipping is slow to the U.S.)

I buy most of my stuff from the Norwegian Komplett, they have excellent shipping times and customer support, with the best prices of any Norwegian webstore. I would buy all of it there if I could but they don't have everything.

If I can't find it on komplett I'll usually find it on amazon and for watercooling equipment I go to EK Water Cooling.

I buy mine from PC stores my buddies own. Anything they can't get, i get from Performance-PC or Frozen-CPU.
