mounting cpu cooler problem

Read the manual again. Sometimes the backplates are reversible and one side is for AMD and the other is for Intel.

If you flip it around it might work!

Flip the plate. That should fix it.

The one on the top - where the screw is currently in. 

 

which one should i flip? the front? i think it will just makes it work

I had this issue for some reason amd clamping is very tight even with the stock cooler, put a bit more pressure on it
