4GB Memory Card in RAW file format

AmateurPCGuy

Okay, of I have a 4GB MicroSD card in my phone. Last Thursday, as I was transferring Songs to my card (card was in Cellphone at the time of occurence), my phone suddenly (out of nowhere) crashed, interrupting my transfers. When the cellphone recovered and recognized again by my computer, I cannot access the memory card. I tried accessing it using both a external card reader and a MicroSD to SD (in a laptop) and there's no results. I checked Disk Management and turns out that it became a RAW file format... I don't want to lose those 4 GB of storage... so can you guys tell me two things, can I recover the drive? and if yes, how?

Notes:

1. Diskpart was a no-go (process of me using diskpart can be referred here:

).

2. I also have an 8 GB Memory Stick Pro Duo that has this exact situation.
