Have the headphone wire going through a cable tie which is wedged between the table and the draws :)

Bit messy, just got a display port cable and didn't bother untangling the cables.

Bit messy, just got a display port cable and didn't bother untangling the cables.

 

Pull your desk forward 1" and drop all those cables down the back, and put a cable tie around them...simples

You can't see the wires behind my desk because there's a wood panel that hides them :)
