Which fan is better between these two?

acolombo

I need 4 cheap fans to put in my computer case. Found these two for fair prices:

- Cooler Master 120mm - R4-S2S-12AK-GP - Ultra Silent Fan 1200RPM

- Arctic Cooling ARCTIC F12 Computer Case Cooling AFACO-12000-GBA01

The prices are quite the same, the Cooler Master is a bit cheaper. I know they are not Noctua, I'd like to buy Noctuas but I can't spend 80€ for 4 fans.

Which one of these is better in your opinion?

I want fans to be quiet mainly, I have two Aerocool fans and they're not quiet, but the big problem is I can't control them from my Asrock mobo software. IDKY the Corsair fans I have are controllable and the Aerocool are not, they both are 3pin fans. Would the CM and the Artic ones controllable or not?

Also, look at 2:22:

That's a cool looking fan, what's that? Is it an Artic?

Thanks for helping me guys,
Andrea.

Antec truequiet 120, you can try it. It's quiet with 2 speed switch.

Here in Italy it costs three times more than the fans I've written in my post. For the same price there are Noctua Redux.

Damn the prices here in Italy are so bad. 12$ is 9€, but on Amazon.it it costs 15€.

That's why I've to choose between those 2 I listed. They are 5€, pretty much 6/7$. If I were going to buy only 1 or 2 I'd buy more expensive ones, but since I have to buy 4 I have to keep my budget tight.

Aha, curse you inflated prices. :P Go with the Cooler Master's then.
