Are spectre pros good?

I was need fans for my pc and i heard that bitfenix spectre pro fans are good, any other recommendations for the same price?

I have the 120mm blue LED model. I find they're quite loud.

My friend has a 120mm green LED model. I find that it's quite quiet. 

 

Spectre Pros are great for airflow and radiator/heatsink fans. They're very versatile.

worse, also where do you live? because depending on where you like noiseblocker blacksilent pros are the same price as the spectres and much better.

I live in Mexico but here you can't get parts, it's cheaper to order the parts from the US and getting the shipped here

They are good for LED fans and need to be controlled or a Low-Noise adapter

Well in that case, stick with the spectre pros if you want LED's. other suggestions are NF-F12's,NB E-loops and Ap123's. all are very expensive but are the best fans out there, so worth every penny IMO.

Yeah, well they are defiantly better than the spectre pros, you can't go wrong with them.
