http://www.alternate.nl/html/product/1006033 This is what one would consider good fans, they're quieter/cheaper than Corsair and not as expensive as Noctua's or Silverstone's.

Yeah, it's very much worth it. I pad $24 USD and this fan (NF-P12) makes no noise whatsoever and keeps my computer cool like it should.

Aren't they primarily for static pressure?

High static pressure is good everywhere. Plus those are supposed to be able to put out 69CFM, that's a decent amount of air.

That said, few people say good things about Cooler Master fans.

@GamingNetworks fans are worth spending money on. They may not seem like it, but they are.

At http://www.alternate.nl/

Corsair Air Series AF140 Quiet Edition                                      € 18, 29 *

This for the exhaust fan as it has a high air flow of 64 CFM

Corsair Air Series SP120 High Performance Edition   (2pack)      € 29, 99 *

These are for the front of the case as you need the high static pressure due the hard drive bays in the front of the case to keep the air flow up.

Corsair Air Series AF120 Quiet Edition  (2pack)                          € 30, 99 *
These are for a top of the case as they are high airflow fans with 40 CFM.

You are intentionally going for negative pressure? If not and you want to keep 3 exhausts, you need to setup intakes spin faster than exhaust. Calculate correct rpms so that you have more CFM intake than exhaust.
