My desktops have all been pretty unimaginative. Usually just the name of the case. Sidewinder, Xplorer, Nine Hundred and the current Twelve Hundred (Antec Twelve Hundred). I'm building a new rig soon and can't quite think of a name. I'm using a white Corsair Graphite 760t but I don't wanna call it Graphite. I'm thinking Shiro to match my car, Midori (Midori Green Pearl 1996 Honda Civic CX).

 

My laptops have been a little different. I think I called my old HP Pavilion dv7 Lappy. It was replaced by an Acer Aspire 7741 that I named Lappy Neo. And then I got mildly creative finally. My MSI GE60 2PL Apache 629 I named Longbow after the AH-64D Apache Longbow gunship.

Wanna hear all the names you guys gave your pc's xD I called mine Janet. It was originally sharon but i kept accidentally saying it was Janet. SO JANET WAS BORN! Haha.

As for pc's I do for sales - I just name them by the number, in which order it've been produced.

I usualy call my personal rig "crap", because it's damn slow.

I have Blackline, Speedline, Redline, Greenline, PurpleLine and Whiteline :3

Soo yea... BlueLine will be the next one, just waiting for the SSD and W10 to make it :P

 

edit: let's explain them all shall we

 

Speedline: Fastest gaming rig, first rig with an ssd, before it was called Speedline it was Redline.

Redline: Second fastest gaming rig, has an ssd now, but speedline was already taken :D

Greenline: HTPC at my dad's house.

Whiteline: HTPC at my mom's house.

PurpleLine: Notebook at my mom's house.

Blackline: Old K'nex computer, socket 478, runs like a dream, with XP :D

Blueline: Notebook for college, i already have it, but as i said still waiting for some things.

 

I had a GreenLine before the HTPC, it was a server, but i got rid of it.

And my dad has a notebook, called Home :D But i don't touch that thing soo don't care.

Haha, i'm sure the pc appreciates that name. Hey at least its an honest one, better than calling it 'flash' or 'speed' or 'the crusher'

My main pc used to be HULK, but then I renamed it to Skynet after a few upgrades including the gpu. Not the most original but hey ^^ I think its successor will be HAL9000 or Agent Smith

The first desktop I had was the Big Black Machine because it was big and it was a machine and it was black.

Then the second one was Big Black Machine Mk.II  because reasons

Now my rig's called Black Yeti.

No :D Not really possible actually, i can "breed" whiteline and blackline sort of because they are both socket 775, Grayline is an option :D

The rest are too different to combine, and a couple of them are notebooks so that's a complete no-go
