Will my CPU Fry soon ?

Yo Guys, 

 

My intel Core i3 2100 has been running on 80+ *C for last 2 days ; so is it gonna fry soon ? 

 

and i want a good i5 Processor for Gaming and mostly HD Editing (Montages) ; all i got through google is Intel Core i5 4670 .. is it a good one ?

Have you tried another program to check the temp, to make sure it's not getting a false reading?

 

Also, is the CPU cooler's fan still working?

what the hell are you doing to your cpu? are you running without a cooler? is the fan off???

 

even with my overclocked dualcore and it being 38ish C in my room my cpu never goes past 65c

No, that's a phenom with a stock cooler in the summer for you.

jeez, i'll mail you my "bigger than normal" intel stock cooler and you get ghetto rid it your phenom

the problem is my Thermal paste was cheap it stopped doing its job.. thats whats causing the high temp ... i would buy it but 3 days holidays here no comp shop is open.. 

 

BTW i asked for a i5 suggestion

Stock cooler, dust and bad airflow inside the case...
