How much would you pay for Fiber?

I want to know what is the most you would pay for gigabit fiber per month.

Also what you pay for, what you actually get, and how much you pay.

The Fiber Has:

No data limits

No throttling

can run servers on it

No install fee

but no equipment

Personally I would only pay around $100 maybe $120 if it was really nice

I pay for 50 down 10 up and pay around ~$60 for the Internet part of the TV+Internet deal I have with Comcast.

Get 35 down and 5 Up

We did not pay for the installation because it was free in my erea. We pay 80 euro a month for:

- unlimited home phone use

- 100MB/S up and download

- television with 10 HD channels

- And a free "smartbox" whitch can't do shit.

Well of Google Fiber if you do get fiber they are waving the install fee for the "pre-orders" I think only have to pay the install fee if you are getting the "Free Internet" you can the $300 OR like $25 a month for 12 monthes and then get free Internet for at least 7 years

I pay 40Euros/50$ for 24Down and 1Up, but I get 2.9Down and 0,2Up. All the numbers are in Mbit/s not MB/s.

I don't need fiber. I just need something that is a bit faster than 20 Mbit/s Down and 20 Mbit/s Up. I don't ask for too much.

So I wouldn't pay much money for fiber. Maybe around 80$/Month.

My current cnnection is highly unstable 2,5 Mbit down, about 1 up. Count in 20 GB data limit (no limits between midnight and 9 am).

I'd kill a man for fiber. No kidding, just say a name, it's done.

$40/m? seems reasonable, seeing how fiber is actually cheaper for isps to use...

Compared to what we're paying for our connection, I'd say $150/month for Fiber. In fact, I'd probably pay more than that. My connection is terrible.

I actually get a better deal than you. And I don't think I have a data cap either.

We pay $60 for 2.5 mb/ps and we have Sattelite which is another 50 bucks right now... - a $100 for fiber would be reasonable... it'd improve in all.

So many things I could write here... things like this.

At the moment we as a flat pay a combined $100 a month for unlimited ADSL2, we get about 14mbp/s down, and around 1mbp/s up.

I would pay the same amount for fiber, probably up to $150, I'm so sick of having crap internet, and a crap infrastructure here.

I would pay $70. Just because it's new technology doesn't mean I should pay more than a fair price for it.

Paying 40€/a month for a 60/60mbit/s on fiber. http://www.speedtest.net/result/2716658232.png

They currently offer 90/90mbit/s as a maximum for private customers, a connection that has been available for 8+ years in my city.

I would pay $300/month for a 1gbit both ways or more if they included an option to get multiple external ip's. (static and dynamic)
