If you have a  Z motherboard, you should get an 4.1GHz all core overclock.

I have an H61 board which has even things locked down you can't change ram voltage or disable usb charging

You probably can't even run enhanced boost all core 3,.7GHz. Otherwise, this little CPU is quite fun to use. I had it a few years ago. Now it's in my brother's PC.

Thanks, so far I like them better than the original plastic ones, although I haven't used them much yet.

I bought this:

This might be the best thing I've bought all year, now my tea won't go cold if I forget to drink it

I might buy another Opinel (probably a No. 10) or a Swiss Army Knife.

I got a new phone.

Samsung Note 9 N960F in copper, with the Exynos chip and 512gb of space.

I wanted something that was nicer than my Nokia 8.1, which was looking a bit tired after a year or so of use. Though, I was still 100% satisfied with the speed of the SD710 inside that phone.

It's my first Samsung since I had an S3 back when that was a new phone, and I'd say the Samsung UI has come a long way since then. I think it's a toss-up between the stock android on the Nokia and the skin on the note. Both have strong and weak points, I can't decide which I prefer.

Since it was £360 (new obv.), I guess it's a midrange phone now. Well, it's the best mid-range phone by quite a margin. The only thing this phone doesn't have is a high-refresh screen, and only a few mid-rangers have that.

Those must be worth quite a bit when they're from different origins.

You can take a look at all of the Tech that I own and have owned over the years in my About Me section and on my Profile.

I'm Swiss and my Mother language is Swiss German of course, I speak the Aargauer dialect. If you want to watch a great video about Swiss German which explains the language and outlines the Basics, then click here.

Most of them really aren't and the promo tape is more of a curiosity than a moneymaker, but still, I'm glad to have these tapes.

Philps OneBlade Face & Body kit:

IMG20200428185140.thumb.jpg.1a3e841209304bd0414eb40bbc2ee16f.jpg

It comes with the two blades (one for face the other for Body, the latter one just has a yellow plastic thing so you don't cut yoruself), 1,2,3 and 5 mm attachments, a plastic cover and a yellow special attachment. The OneBlade itself has a 1 hour battery and should recharge in four hours (I'm charging it rn so that I can try it out tomorrow in the shower)

I know it's been a bit since you posted this but how is that trimmer? I've been looking for a new one and saw this in the store.

Oh it's great. I've been using it to trim my own Hair instead of going to the Hairdresser because of Covid and it works quit well for that too even tho I've got quiet thick Hair on my Head. Have been using it to trim my Beard and Body Hair. It has a good Battery life (1 hour) and the Blade itself is awesome, there's no way you can cut yourself with it. The multiple trimmer attachments included are really Handy to get the length you want or to protect the Skin underneath when for example cutting Body Hair. It's Waterproof so that I can use it in the Shower under running water. I got the set for 50 bucks which IMO is the best 50 bucks I've ever spent on something that's for personal Hygiene and appearance.

With upcoming releases of new games I've pre-ordered, I need to get comfortable whilst gaming for extended lengths of time (Serious Sam 4 and Cyberpunk 2077). With a recent upgrade to a 'gaming chair' for my main rig, I got a more budget friendly one for my 2nd rig, a Xiaomi Ergonomic Office Chair.

spacer.png

Main reasons why I went it is because it's black and white combo matches nicely with my white built-in desk and black peripherals (keyboards, mouse, soundbar, etc), and also that it has armrests that folds up so the chair can be pushed deeper under my table. Helps a lot since I have a narrow walkway with regular fixed armrests chairs (like my previous one).

I found them on eBay. Type "nvidia ruler" in eBay reseach bar ;)

But the set of 2 rulers (old and recent) for $60 is sold out (seller had 5 sets), I checked :( Now, on eBay, you can to find old nVIDIA ruler for $25 or $29 on 2 sellers and recent nVIDIA ruler for $150 on other seller :S

In my picture, above is recent ruler and below is old ruler.

Holy Sh*t, didn't know what kind of History was behind this ruler: https://blogs.nvidia.com/blog/2017/12/22/nvidia-ruler/

I too totally want one now. Lol one of the most common questions that they got when they first showed it off in 2016 was: "But can it run Crysis". Ah you Nerds !

If I could just play Videogames and consume Cool Content all day long for the rest of my life, then that would be sick.
