Bought two things that are in this pic I actually took for other purposes.  It's the Corsair HS60 hanging on the wall, and the SD card reader sitting on top of the mini wooden pallet that my USB 3.0 hub is in (my old one didn't like SDXC cards, only my SPI only one could but at 6Mbps and it was killing me).

Couldn't resist...finally got my deposit back for my previous flat and as I finally had a little spending monies....just couldn't say no 😅

I guess flying really does numb you down in terms of thinking how much something costs...I mean with £205, this is how much flying you can get...

- about 4 hours of the SportCruiser (or 2 hours including monthly charges)

- about 1.25 hours renting a C152

- 1 hour with an instructor in a C152

(this is without factoring in the cost of fuel for me car)

Yeah, in comparison, dis camera hobby thingy-ma-bob is a lot cheaper than flying 😂

and yes, I did just copy and paste from me status...

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...

Since I picked up a 3/8th impact at the acme tool sale a few weeks ago, I used that as an excuse to pick up a couple sets of Proto 3/8th drive metric impact sockets!

I have to order another westling machine socket tray for them so I can get them off the strips that I hate with a firey passion.

...oh man. Christmas shopping was painful, both mentally and wallet-ly. Got my older brother Tetris Effect for the PS4 and some chips, my mom some owl decorations for the kitchen and a Snoopy plush, my dad a 1lb Reese's cup and a back massager, and last but not least, my little brother a whole ass PC. I still need to throw a GPU in there.

I'm too lazy (and tired right now) to take a picture but my idiot microwave just died and I had to waddle out and get a new one. Just picture a handicapped septuagenarian lugging old one down steps to the tailgate of my truck so I could haul it down to a dumpster (getting it into the dumpster was "fun"), then lugging the new one up the steps into my home. To paraphrase Danny Glover's Roger Murtaugh in the Lethal Weapon series of movies, "I'm too old for this." At least the sales person loaded the new one into my truck for me.

My tired hurts (among other things).

My tired hurts too. Bought two tires and a wheel today. I nailed a pothole this morning so hard my grandma's butt puckered up and she's dead. I bent the outer lip of the wheel and put a big bubble in my tire. But the tires are all 2014, fairly worn, I know I need new ones, but I was going to get them next month so I compromised with myself and bought two tires and one wheel. I can have a matched pair of new tires for the rear to rotate to the front once I get the other pair, I replace the damaged tire and the noisy tire I had been living with for a while. I guess. Ugh. Whatever. I'm a placid ball of seething rage.
