Had these for a while now...but other than daily necessities, these are the latest note-worthy purchase...

Enkei PF07 18×9" wheels

Volk Racing red lug nuts

Set of Firestone FireHawk Indy 500 tires

Because...factory all-season tires suck, and causes traction control to kick in when at anything above ~1/2 throttle with an ECU tuned car.

anyone bought a major household appliance today (well technically yesterday)? kek
Doesn't seem like it...

Well I did

8symzr.png

My mom and I kinda came to the consensus that our old one really needed to be replace kinda badly as it had an issue with leaking either condensation or something for well over a year and it was made in September of 2005 so really it was time for a new one.
I have a little secret for why that's so cheap, but I can't exactly confirm why I'm too lazy to censor it so well it works lol.

Japanese Gran Turismo 3! Join me as I take you to... Gran Turismo Mode. Here's the original Japanese release next to the American PS2 Racing Pack release of GT3.

Also, manual cover art scan for the Japanese version of GT3. This scan's small enough to not warrant me downscaling it for the forums!

After almost seven years in service, my Audio-Technica MSR7s are completely fucked to pieces. All the PU leather has basically disintegrated and the last cable is dying. That's what you get for walking with them in all kinds of weather, I guess.

The tape is The Realm that Brings Forth Death by Blood Tyrant. One of the best black metal demos I've heard this year.

Bought this for an OCing project.  Gave a relative a 4790k and a Gigabyte z97x Gaming 7 plus like 16gbs of ddr3.  He paid for half of it, but I threw some money at it to get him a better oc.

Currently focusing on my video game collection.  Here's what I got so far.

Keep in mind I'm still grabbing multiplatform games on PC, unless they happen to be cheaper on PS4 or Switch (such as RDR2 as of right now)

Currently Playing:

  • God of War - PS4
  • Splatoon 2 - Switch
  • Super Mario Maker 2 - Switch
  • Tokyo Mirage Sessions # FE - Wii U

Just beat:

(will be reset at the beginning of each month)

  • New Super Mario Bros - DS

Put on hold:

  • Animal Crossing: New Leaf - 3DS - Animal Crossing: New Horizons is right around the corner
  • Persona 5 - PS4

How many games I'm needing:

  • DS: 53
  • Wii: 40
  • 360/PS3: 84
  • 3DS: 60
  • Wii U: 11
  • PS Vita: 34
  • PS4: 20
  • Switch: 17

I chose the 2.0 over the OG just for the lighter trigger and forward slide serrations alone.  I think it was almost $100 difference between the two.

Didn't realize they lightened up the trigger pull.  I'll have to look into that.

There's a computer trade show-like gig going on in my neck of the woods, so I'd made my way there with my bud to check it out. Had no intention to buy anything as I'd already finished my Ryzen build and was in need of no additional parts. Made the mistake of walking over to the Creative booth to try out the new SXFI Theater headphone and was pretty impressed with the sound. The had a bundled offer for the SXFI Theater and Outlier Gold for about 209USD (converted from local $). I liked the SXFI Theater sound and since I'd always intended to get a truly wireless IEM, I figured, "Why the heck not?!". The earpads were provided free as a gift....

spacer.png

The RGB mousepad cost me just 18USD (again, converted from local $) so I grabbed it as well, I've not heard of Redragon, but their mech keyboards and mice seemed decent enough. My only regret is that I'd not grabbed a second pad as a spare as I like the RGB light show.

"Massive overkill." - Buildzoid.

I'm also getting an EVGA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Black Edition, which will replace my GeForce GTX 1080 Ti as my main gaming card, but will stay in my system for the foreseeable future, as it is an excellent rendering card as well for Blender, where Cycles and AMD's Radeon ProRender can leverage multiple GPUs to speed up rendering. I'll post pictures when I get it at the door.
