Bought some stuff today, first off, a pair of used ESI nEAR 06 monitors/speakers from a local forum Garage section.....liking what I hear thus far.

7_zps1ii8immo.jpg

A pair of used Audio Technica ATH-A900X LTD, the red cups with the gold accents and wording lends an air of class to it, best part is, it sounds freaking awesome! Nice treble energy (some sparkle), good mids especially vocals and nice punchy bass (NOT Beats level bass though, though that isn't a bad thing)

Just so to show I ain't all about audio, I bought a tiny Razer mouse pad as the solid mouse pad I was using always tens to slide when I game.....

I feel you, though I usually time things perfectly and order stuff in advance of big holidays. A few years back, I managed to order something with easter holidays coming up. Could've arrived on Thursday - nope, holiday. Friday? Nope Holiday too. Saturday? Jep, but I wasn't home that day .___. And they even tried to deliver it... But as I tried to pick it up on Tuesday after the holidays, I got told that it hasn't yet been delivered to that post office and that I should try again next day.... :'(  Never again..Well, I learned my lesson...

Bought some stuff today:

- PS2 Slim (the model with the power brick, in silver. love the color :D ) with one legit Sony silver controller and some third party one.

- About 14 PS2 demo discs (I collect these)

- A network disc for PS2

- Metroid Prime 2 for the GameCube (free, because I had a gift card)

EDIT: oh and I didn't check inside the PS2 before buying it (something I usually do with systems) so when I came home I found out it had GTA: San Andreas inside, so that was a good deal (even though I already have the game.. Twice..)

Uncharted 4 Pre-Order (Digital 'cause I had 61$ on my account)

X2bjz.jpg

EDIT

Oh wow. Not even my PSX digital games carry over to the PS4? Wha...you know what, screw you Sony. That is so fucked up. I had a huge library of PSX games and now I'm expected to buy them all again digitally on the same account?

Hell no.

Allrighty! I just got the GTX Titans and I must say they look good despite their age. Just installed in my FX8350 rig and they trashed my 2x HD7950 in the various benchmarks I have at hand (as expected since they're on a different tier). And now, some potato pics!

Apparently, the seller is some ROG headcase.....like me! Perhaps MSI.....since MSI has red and black theme as well.

For some reason I haven't been too hungry today. I ate two flake bars for breakfast, then I had two tortillas and banofee tarts that I bought with my fruits and was overfilled quickly. Then I managed just one grapefruit.

Well yea, chocolates and cakes in the same day, but still no desire to cook one of my chicken dinners. I'll have another grapefruit. Yay vitamin C.
