Setup my Oppo HA-1 DAC this morning, easy as pie for regular stuff, but for Foobar2k + DSD support to work, it's gonna take a little more time and effort. Anyway, there's something fun about watching the LED spectrum display..... :D Oh yeah, got back my HD800 and I'm never EVER gonna trade or sell it off again! So, it's a purchase.....sorta.

new parts are: 2x EK XTX360s, 6x Noctua NF-F12, Intel 750, Asus X99-S, 5820K and a Heatkiller IV. Next week I'm picking up the reservoir, fitting and piping. Still need to make up my mind regarding the GPU but still have time for that.

I know, I know, cables don't make a difference, I swear I heard some difference A/B'ing the stock vs ALO cable before buying it. At the very least, it looks good.....

finally got out of the stone age and got some new headphones to replace my aging and admittedly crappy beats studio 1st gen.

so, grabbed a set of Bose QC25's in the black.. all i can say is these are awesome set of headphones and will definitely do me well for the next few years for both gaming (with an upcoming purchase of a mod-mic) and music

RGB because why not.

I also ordered some new RAM and two-tone sleeved cables. Just have to wait three more days...

take the top sticker off the remote, take a couple screws out and then put magnets inside the remote to stick it to the case. Or do this:

That HAS to have been a deliberate design decision

It required extensive modding unfortunately. The remote was longer and thicker. But I thought with a whole box of them, why not?

idc about the CPU it was like 5 bucks for essentially an overclock, the RAM sucks however. It was almost 50 bucks, and I don't know if I messed up the specs or what. I mean its faster RAM, but the bios downclocks it fine. I can mess around in the bios fine. Just as soon as windows starts to load I get a bsod. I tried booting my installer from USB and same thing. My guess is maybe voltage... or junk RAM but both sticks don't boot in either DIMM.
