I want to make proper BT speaker using a decent sized bookshelf speaker. I don't get how people can stand the sound out of most of these.

this sounds like a audioengine A2 with more bass (there is a subwoofer on bottom)

My friend had a set of those Bob Marley ones that kinda looked like drums, and I have to admit: for being battery powered, they did not sound too horrible. The lows were meh, highs were decent, but they sounded really hollow. Fuckers were loud too, so we had some fun with that in the school.

this sounds like a audioengine A2 with more bass (there is a subwoofer on bottom)

I was thinking something like my Acoustic Research AR18's maybe something a touch smaller. I have handles on the top of mine so they are easy to carry around. Maybe build them a bit beffier otu of metal instead of wood and condense them a bit and bingo!

I bought an 1800mAh battery for my 3310, which is exactly twice what the current (original) 900mAh one had when it was new.

Seeing as I still get 8-9 days out of that 15 year old battery, with the new one the phone should get close to 3 weeks on a single charge.  Take that, smartphones.

For those who are interested : the original one's battery life is okay (8 to 9 days, as mentioned earlier), but it does get uncomfortably hot when charging while it should only get lukewarm.  I'm not taking any chances.

hey i wish I had a smartphone that would do the. The first change needed would be a eInk or ePaper screen. i really dont know why there hasn't been a smartphone with one of those yet...

Not quite my purchase, but helped my little sister pick a good laptop to suit her needs.

We ended up in Lenovo B50-30 15,6" laptop for around 270€. Specs are meh (Celeron N2840, 4GB of DDR3 RAM, intel HD graphics, 500GB HDD, Win 8.1 64-bit), but she just needs a reliable laptop under 300€ to browse the web on and to carry around with her.

Would have gone for some better second-hand laptop, but there wasn't much to choose from, in all honesty.

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.

So did you poison yourself? Do you have diarrhea? If so, why don't go to the doctor, he probably would have given you a thingy to get it paid by your insurance.

Yes, light food poisoning. Puplic healthcare insurers don't pay for basic medicaments.

A private health insurance is too expensive and if you can't pay your fees anymore for whatever reason you can't go back to public healthcare.

One thing I'd noted, while my old K812 had a 'Made In Austria' printed on it, the new one has a sticker on the inside of the headband showing its country of origin....

Ayyy, lmao... Made In Slovakia, that's where I live :P

Cisco 2821 router for the beginning of a home lab. I had also accidentally bought the wrong switch to go with it. Once Newegg processes the order cancellation, I'll be able to order a Cisco 3550 switch to get familiar with the hardware before I scale up to 3 routers and 3 switches.

Also got a 600Mbps powerline adapter kit with AC pass-through for about $50

But the sexiest IMHO. Hell, even the one in GTA V that looks a lot like the real life counterpart would be cool. And the one in GTA V sounds cool (not sure on the real life one).
