One thing I'd noted, while my old K812 had a 'Made In Austria' printed on it, the new one has a sticker on the inside of the headband showing its country of origin....

Ayyy, lmao... Made In Slovakia, that's where I live :P

Cisco 2821 router for the beginning of a home lab. I had also accidentally bought the wrong switch to go with it. Once Newegg processes the order cancellation, I'll be able to order a Cisco 3550 switch to get familiar with the hardware before I scale up to 3 routers and 3 switches.

Also got a 600Mbps powerline adapter kit with AC pass-through for about $50

But the sexiest IMHO. Hell, even the one in GTA V that looks a lot like the real life counterpart would be cool. And the one in GTA V sounds cool (not sure on the real life one).

Well, went shopping today, and found quite a lot of things, actually. Most of them second-hand from Kijiji

ZxJsGZT.jpg

OCZ StealthXStream 500W - $20, looking to use it in an upcoming budget build for a friend

HyperX Fury 4GB + 3x2GB DDR3 sticks - $30, 10GB of RAM for that price, why not, probably also going into my friend's new build (same guy as PSU)

XFX 8800GT "Zalman Alpha Dog Edition" - came free with the PSU and RAM, is practically brand new, why not

ATI HD 4870 - $5, happened to be really close by to the guy I bought the PSU and RAM from so bought it just for lols, runs surprisingly well but needs new TIM

Asus R9 270 DirectCU II - $20, GPU is dead, but cooler still works perfectly and seems identical to mine that broke, so will be swapping them out

EVGA 650 Ti Boost - $50, a pretty good price for this GPU, will either be keeping it or putting it in friend's build

Death Note - $15, hopefully my friend buys these parts off of me so I can buy like 4 more of these

For that price we can't even get an RX100M2 as new...

Oh well... RX100M1 still does everything it needs to do for me.

Prices of second-hand GPUs quickly drop. 2 years ago you could already find 550Ti's at 40€ / 35$ or even less than that, so not really surprised to see that cheap 650's.

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.
