Shortly after its release I pickled up the EVGA TORQ X3L for work. I just needed a simple mouse with a few basic features and it fit the bill. http://goo.gl/Zh4eSl

Substantially but by no means deafening. I mean it is a vacuum so think of your average one. It does put out a ton of air which makes it well worth it. I would actually say for pinpoint stuff it might actually be too powerful.

I picked one up about a month ago and love it. It can become warm to the touch if used continuously for a prolonged period of time, but let it rest for a minute and it will be fine again.

Min never has but I dont just turn it on and let it run as there is no need. Its not like im cleaning 10pcs at once or something.

Really? I got mine for $60 so that seems way way too much.

Yeah, the D2k is awesome, really won me over to the AH-Dxxxx line....heck, I'm chilling to some Eagles hits with the D2k while typing this post. I can actually complete the series as I can also get a D5k, but I figured that the D2k and D7k should be enough. BTW, the D2k isn't that expensive, I got mine for about 210USD and it was one of my best price/performance purchase. So liking it, I plan to mod it with HiFiMan sockets/plugs so I can use different cables with it (two Audeze cables + HFM adapters, a long and a short HFM stock cable), and I'm gonna mod the original cable with HFM plugs as well.

Bought two intel X5660's  (2.8 Ghz, 6 cores with hyperthreading ) to upgrade my Dell Poweredge R610. yay!

There's something about a rack mount system that just feels more, I don't know, smart. You feel like you're working on the computers at NASA inside one as opposed to a standard system.
