I can't stand not having a mechanical keyboard  They're just too cool.

I usually grab kits from kbdfans or kono.store.

The tiny blank caps one was about $200 all all in, the Kiras were like $250, but you can get them w/ a plastic case for like $169, and the GK64 was somewhere in the $200 range with the switches and keycaps.

It's a bit of a struggle to use a touch first OS like iOS with a physical keyboard but this is because I left my laptop's charger at my parents' house and it's 200 km away from me and I'm too lazy to travel back again so I decided to buy the Logitech K480 keyboard. Not bad at $40.

OMG YASSS!!! I sunk hours into that game recently this year. I finished the Beginner, Amateur and Rally League. I wish there were more tracks since the game starts to feel like a grind once you hit the Pro League and worse, Endurance. The soundtrack is killer though. It still gives me chills to this day.

My first AMD chip.  Local shop had it for 90, figured why not.  The plan is to do a mini ITX build, play with it for a few months, then give it to the MIL for Christmas.  Still waiting on the case, but the OOC boot was successful.

My 400is are using the Sundara headband after 3 replacement bands suffering cracks in all of the same region. I was shocked to learn this headband is $125, and HiFiMan sent it to me free of charge. 

 

I notice you also own the 400i; how has the headband treated you?

They're definitely comfy. I'm very used to 6" boots (I've worn Timberland Powerwelts for the past 5-6 years), so the ankle support was kind'a weird at first, but now it feels natural.

Getting the parts for the new rig... My last custom built pc was a Prescott P4, since then I used a dozen of laptops and nowadays old Workstation machines (signature) Finally building something new. Never ever have an ITX build, so it will be fun. I guess...

We use those at the office as well and yep one day my boss was like hey lets buy WiFi pci-e cards for these computers so we can ditch the Ethernet cables... took me more time to unwrap it all than to install the cards onto the PCs lol.
