Thank you, I'm open to any suggestions on what to use, thankfully the laptop isn't the normal use one so I can do anything with it. I've placed the original HD into safe keeping if I really don't like Linux etc. I can reinstall the old drive and back to Win 7. Oh and noticed you picked some X131e's up, I've got one too, for what it is...quite a nifty little machine.

While it's very well recorded, it's obvious that the pressing was made with DJs in mind. The sheer amount of bass in the grooves is unrivaled even by my most awfully pressed bootlegs.

It will cause skipping on anything but the most well tuned systems or systems running heavy tracking, purposfully misalligned DJ cartridges.  

 

I remember Random Access Memories was one of the first big album released into the current vinyl revival, but I have yet to pick it up on vinyl. I only have it on CD:  

I got a later pressing of homework and its much more tonally balanced. the RAM printing that is sold on amazon has 0 issues with the average tracking (2g ish)

I finally ventured into Cabellas...been wanting a pellet gun for a while now so I grabbed this little beauty with some accessories. Also picked up a small knife. Now to get used to the new toy. It might actually LOOK like a real SIG P226 pistol...but nope, takes a CO2 cartridge in the handle and can fire .177 pellets or BBs.

funny it does, lol, mine in the service wasnt much different though, different companies different designs. /shrug

but yeah it's a carbine ar-15. A 5.56 is not very big, I wanted the 7.62/.308 but it wasn't in stock and more than I wanted to spend so I'll get it next time. I got this for plink shooting, bought 55 grain rounds to go with it. I don't plan to use it for much else.
