Pair of Arctic F9 TC fans. They are temperature controlled with a tiny sensor on each. Really curious to try them out.

These are great fans. Used them in an older Dell SFF build. The thermal sensors are great.

Rather than post everyday, here's a recent purchase dump lol.

I love all of this, but i must ask why you buy gold plated optical cables.. -_-

LTT's Resident Porsche fanboy and nutjob Audiophile.

Main speaker setup is now;

Mini DSP SHD Studio -> 2x Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC's (fed by AES/EBU, one feeds the left sub and main, the other feeds the right side) -> 2x Neumann KH420 + 2x Neumann KH870

(Having a totally seperate DAC for each channel is game changing for sound quality)

LOL. Good question. They're just colored that way. They were the cheapest cables on Amazon.

Ah man F-series. Really should attempt to get a trio of F3 PWMs and the 5 pin to 4 pin adapters for my 7010 and see how that fares against the stock AVC dealios. Extremely salted that Best Buy recycled my grandmas PC without her explicit go ahead so I lost my only F8 (as well as the APU and RAM that I could have repurposed). >:(

I had a nearly 6 pound gaming laptop I use to take with me when traveling, but decided to sell it and get a small 1 pound tablet since I don't have time to game when traveling and I have a gaming desktop at home now. I think I got a good deal on this, its refurbished, so it was $50 less than a brand new version. Hopefully will be perfect for casual web browsing and video watching while at a hotel.

I almost want to get this just for the sake of having it as a showpiece.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Nickelodeon-Friends-Variety-Pack-3Pack-Sony-T-120-Blank-VHS-Tapes-Doug-Rugrats/254193685478

Also, no, the pack having Sony tapes isn't really random: at the time, Nick tapes were distributed by, you guessed it, Sony Wonder.

Just picked these up from my mail service today.

IMG_0097.thumb.JPG.8eeecae82154d00c4a99ceada1bd7eaa.JPG

I got the 4TB 860 EVO to keep on hand for a spare. I can't buy these locally, Newegg (my preferred vendor) is often out of them, and the only other vendor I will buy SSDs from is on the other sde of the country and has a bad reputation when it comes to correcting problems, such as a product arriving DOA, so I like to keep a spare of each kind of SSD I have so I can quickly replace one that goes belly up and not have to panic scramble for a replacement.

IMG_0098.thumb.JPG.13dc4f8691b2be53121496bb668753fa.JPG

I had to buy the Album from Amazon (Amazon is one of my favorite swear words) because they were the only one that had this particular album. The jerks had it priced at $24.99, one lousy penny shy of the $25 needed for free shipping (and I couldn't find anything I wanted or needed cheap that would also qualify for the free shipping). Then the *&^%$#@! idiots shipped it loose in a large box. No token piece of paper or bubble wrap; nothing (mutter, mutter, mumble, mumble, grrr!). Amazon remains at the top of my Specialized High Intensity Training list.

I need to rip the CDs, then scan the booklet, rear cover, and the CDs and put them all in PDFs. When I get to it depends on the weather (I have projects I need to do outside first if I doesn't rain in the morning before the weather heats up again).

IMG_0101.thumb.JPG.0dbfb40d693eb18870022ae808352841.JPG

I also bought five Allsop hard plastic XL mouse pads. I forgot to take photos before I put them away but this is what they look like.

Noname.jpg.216b0f234a3cbef91ad4598360ede437.jpg

Apparently, Allsop has discontinued these, replacing them with a solid all dark gray pad. I can't find them locally anymore (I live in a megalopolis but shopping here is like being in BF, Nowhere). The only place I could even find the darned things online was on *&^%$#@! Amazon. What was weird was the listing was for Office Depot (sold and shipped by Office Depot) yet the Office Depot site didn't have them (weird!). At least these arrived OK. I'm tempted to order some more while I can.

A lot of people have complained that these pads curl up in the middle but I haven't had any problems with them yet (I tape them down to my desk with double sided tape to keep them from waltzing around on my desk).

I had no intentions of wanting to purchase this, but I said "screw it" and put a bid of $4.29 on this CD.

DqFch.png

It's been two days since I placed that bid and it's still uncontested.

Funny thing is that I'm pretty sure this is the first print of the VeggieTunes CD, judging by the artwork.

Sony a6000 (used) with a 16-50 standard lense and a 55-210 Zoom lense with a lense hood, it also came with 2 Batterys and a charger. And then I also bought myself a Simon Air because of a school Project and for the camera a Tenba Camera bag and a Gorilla Joby Tripod.

It feels about the same for my usage, but it still feels good to renew something :)
